On May 29, 2008 Arabica Café opened its doors to Colorado Springs residents to experience the original taste of the Middle East.  We wanted to share our favorite Middle Eastern foods with Colorado Springs residents and visitors, an idea that we felt would be a fresh perspective to authentic Middle Eastern cuisine.  Having lived in the Middle East for most of our life, we wanted to create a way to bring an array of new Middle Eastern recipes to Colorado Springs.  In our pursuit we mastered the Shawarma sandwich, freshly sliced lean beef or chicken cooked on a skewer over an open flame, wrapped up in pita bread.  Thus, Arabica Café was born. 

Arabica’s menu has a blend of different recipes from around the Mid-East, allowing customers the opportunity to dine until their hearts desire, on tastes that are sure to make one’s palate crave for more.  We wanted to make sure that with every visit to our restaurant you walk away having a flavorful experience with Middle Eastern food.
